Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer

We are looking for a client focused Conveyancing Team Leader to join our reputable property team.   The conveyancing department has a strong local presence and excellent reputation in the local market delivering excellent client service using a proactive and bespoke IT system to deliver an exceptional Client journey.

You will play an integral part in the continued success and development of the team and will bring:

• At least 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing with a sound understanding of the conveyancing process and the ability to identify problems and find solutions autonomously.
• Proficient technical skills to deliver pragmatic legal advice to home movers on complex issues.
• A supportive and collaborative approach to teamwork and the skills to organise, mentor and provide regular feedback to colleagues.
