Jay Scarth30 August 2026Husband and I recently used the services of Lockings Solicitors to perform the conveyancing for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home. Our conveyancer was Lori, and she was wonderful from start to finish. She was incredibly pro-active and super responsive to any requests made and really helped us get the sale and purchase over the line. She is a credit to both her company and her profession. We don't think we would have completed if it hadn't been for her professional help and knowledge. Thank you Lori.Posted on Google

Brian Davis29 July 2026Lockings have acted on our behalf for the sale of several properties over the years, most recently three at more or less the same time. Having used many solicitors in previous times on many properties I can sincerely state that Lockings are without doubt the best I’ve ever encountered. They act as a team, meaning you get responses and action immediately and kept up-to-date at all times. Their Charges are very reasonable in most cases the best. I’d say to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a property to go with Lockings and they will not be disappointed but very happy at how stress free they make the whole process.Posted on Google
James Holcombe24 July 2026I required a solicitor to guide me through filling my ID1 form out and to read the legal parts to me.
