We decided to transform the way we practiced law when we realized one simple thing: we’re not just qualified, professional lawyers; we’re people. People helping other people along their journey through life through good times and bad, through exciting times and sad.

We speak to our clients using language they understand rather than citing impressive terminology from a textbook. It’s not that we don’t know our stuff. We, too, have studied legal textbooks cover to cover, with many members of our team having practised law over multiple decades.
Yet, after evaluating and listening to what legal customers need, we realised big words and official titles often make our clients feel confused and unduly worried.
