Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, with a particular emphasis on estate administration. You will provide expert legal advice to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, with a focus on estate administration.
  • Handling probate and estate administration from start to finish.
  • Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2 year+ PQE private client solicitor/FILEX/CLC or similar experienced Fee Earner.
  • Strong knowledge of probate, estate administration, wills, and trusts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • Track record of consistent billing.
