We are looking for a client focused fee earner to join our property litigation team.
The department acts for a broad mix of landlord clients both locally and nationally including large commercial organisations.
The role will involve a wide range of landlord and tenant matters including service of notices, issue and conduct of possession proceedings. The firm only acts for landlords so there is no tenant advice of defence work. You will also be required to advise on various matters relating to construction of and interpretation of tenancy agreements and other property related documentation.
There will also be the opportunity to become involved in the department’s other property litigation fields of work.
This is a full-time role based at our Hull office.
