We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to join our friendly team and provide support across the business. You don’t need previous legal experience, this role is much more about your attitude and potential than your previous experience and we’ll provide the training and support you need to learn the role and build your confidence. If you’re organised, comfortable using technology, have a good eye for detail and are keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll help with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks across the firm, including:

Opening new matters and making sure information is entered accurately onto our systems.
Completing administrative tasks when matters are finished and ready to be closed.
Helping with our archiving procedures, including storing files and dealing with retrieval requests, keeping electronic records accurate and up to date.
Updating lender, client and other online portals.
Taking routine card payments from clients.
Responding to administrative requests from colleagues across the business and providing general support to help our teams stay organised and work efficiently.

Don’t worry if some of these tasks are new to you. Full training and support will be provided.
