Viki is a senior paralegal in the Family Department having worked in family law since 2003.
Viki represents parents involved in care proceedings from initial pre-proceedings to court proceedings and parents and grandparents in disputes regarding contact and children’s living arrangements. Viki also provides support to team members in both public and private law cases representing Children’s Guardians.
Since joining Lockings Viki has expanded her knowledge and represented parents in cases where there have been issues regarding mental health, domestic violence and learning difficulties. Viki is known for being approachable and supportive towards her clients and prides herself on attention to detail and providing quality client care.
Viki also has experience working in a busy mediation service and is committed to assisting parents and grandparents in resolving their issues in a constructive manner to benefit the family as a whole.
