I have specialised in residential conveyancing including dealing with all aspects of residential leasehold and freehold property, for over 36 years.
My role comprises dealing with the technical aspects of a transaction, ensuring that clear and practical advice is given. If a complex technical issue should arise, I will ascertain the complexities to establish a way forward and work with our client, the wider property team and solicitor for the other party, to ensure that a swift resolution is achieved.
My role also includes mentoring and training other members of the team, drafting process guides, and updating the team with any changes in law or practice.
I qualified as a Part I Legal Executive in 1997 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2012. I joined the Hull Conveyancing Team in 2019.
