With over 20 years’ experience in legal practice and a background as a litigator, I have the eye for detail that’s necessary to ensure that nothing is overlooked together with the doggedness needed to relentlessly pursue sellers’ solicitors and any relevant third parties to rectify any potential problems before you are committed to your purchase.
My specialisms include dealing with deeds of variation to address issues arising under the Housing Act 1988 and/or the Law of Property Act 1925, as well as handling off-plan purchases on new-build developments and complex leasehold matters.
