We are looking for a client focused receptionist and administrative assistant to join our reputable team in Beverley.
The firm has a strong local presence and excellent reputation in the local market, and you will play in integral part of the continued success of our client services team.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Call handling using digital telephone system
– Certifying ID & AML documents
– Photocopying and scanning documents using a case management system
– General administrative duties
– Daily banking
– Recording incoming documents for distribution within the office
– Organising appointment bookings and coordinating the meeting room diaries
Ideally, you will have:
– Office and telephone experience (not essential as training will be given)
– Good organisation and time management skills
– Be quick learner with a good standard of written English
– A supportive and collaborative approach to colleagues in a team environment
This is a full-time role 9am-5pm Monday- Friday (with 1 hour for lunch) based in our Beverley office (with the flexibility to cover at our Hull office where required). We offer 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
